Crypto Trade is a software tool that runs automated strategies on your own exchange account. Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

You decide whether to deploy a strategy, which coin, size and leverage to use, and you are solely responsible for those decisions.

2. Trading risk

Crypto and crypto derivatives are highly volatile. You can lose part or all of your capital, and with leverage losses can exceed your margin.

Backtests, equity graphs and recommended sizes are based on past data. They exclude some real-world costs such as slippage, and they do not guarantee future results.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

3. Technology and broker risk

Orders depend on your exchange, internet connectivity, price data providers and our servers. Delays, outages, IP-whitelist rejections, rejected orders or partial fills can happen.

If an order fails, a position may remain open at your broker. You must monitor your exchange account and exit manually when needed.

Paper mode is a simulation; its results may differ from live trading.

4. Your account and API keys

Create exchange API keys with trading permission only. Never enable withdrawal permission.

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Plans and payments

Plans give access to the software for the stated period. Fees are for software access, not for profits, and are non-refundable once a plan is activated.

We may pause trading, halt the engine or suspend accounts for maintenance, security or misuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Trade and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed profits, or damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Eligibility and law

You must be 18+ and allowed to trade crypto in your country. You are responsible for any taxes on your trades.
